Each unit has a built-inelectronic thermostat preset to 78° F for precise temperature-controlled accuracy of +1.8 F. When the target temperature of the heater has been achieved, the unit will shut down and stop heating the water. Tips:
1. Always disconnect the heaters power supply prior to
working on the aquarium.
2. If removing the heater from the áquarium, turn it off
at the power supply, wait 10-15 minutes to allow it to
cool, and then remove it from the aquarium.
3. If the heater is cracked and/or has moisture inside it,
disconnect it from the power supply.
4. The water level must be maintained at the minimum
water level line at all times.

All aquatic life is shipped through UPS and USPS. We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Since these are live animals they need to be fasted before shipping please allow 1-5 days before they are shipped.

DOA Policy
Live Fish:
At Nolan's Aquarium Co, maintaining the health of our aquatic life is our main priority. Due to complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping, we cannot accept the return of any aquatic life. Please select carefully.
If any aquatic life arrives dead please contact us and follow these steps.
- Live Arrival Guarantee -
- Our Live Arrival Guarantee and Dead on Arrival Policy, WILL ONLY APPLY TO OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ORDERS.
- We DO NOT offer arrive alive guarantee on 2-3 day shipping.
- Contact us (contactnolansaquarium@gmail.com) the time of the shipment arrival. There is a 2 hour period from when the order arrives to claim the DOA (dead on arrival) fish. After the 2 hours has passed, the Live Arrival Guarantee Policy is no longer valid.
- Attach a digital photo of the loss. The specimen should be photographed in the shipping bag and on a solid background.
- Include your name, order number, and item number of deceased specimens.
